The FCOP design process is a finely tuned method of work that merges a cutting edge project management system with tried and tested linear methodology, meaning predefined steps; Analysis, Plan, Build and Test, that ensure a quality build.
Project Management
We have great experience in project management and communication is delivered using cutting edge project management software called Base Camp, this gives us one central hub to manage each project.
You can log in at any stage of development to communicate, view progress, add a to do list, upload a file, add a note or collaboratively work on a document. We’re happy for you to micro manage the project or leave us to take the reins.
Communication
The key to success is clear communication, you’ll probably find we’ll do a lot of this through Base Camp, but you’ll also be able to reach us by Phone, Email and Instant Messenger throughout.
